BOOKKEEPA lets business owners keep their books by conversation: say “record fuel expense 50 dollars” and it’s filed. It tracks income and expenses, sends invoices and produces profit and loss, balance sheet, VAT, ledger and trial balance reports, with an AI assistant, Dr. BOOKKEEPA, that explains the numbers. Wake rebuilt and runs the backend that powers it across web, Android and iOS.
We rebuilt BOOKKEEPA end to end on a modern stack and took it live in eight months. The same Wake team has run it ever since: keeping it secure and reliable, fixing issues fast and shipping improvements as the business grows.
